Dutch EDM icon Tiësto went into heavy territory during his Ultra Music Festival set in Miami this past weekend. For the first time in a long time (maybe ever), Tiësto played out some high-octane drum & bass tunes. While he’s mostly known for playing genres like trance and big room, perhaps this is a sign that drum & bass is about to have itself a moment at the mainstream level.
