What So Not and George Maple have partnered up to release their brand new single, "Buried" featuring hip-hop recording artist Rome Fortune. The song and its visual counterpart dropped simultaneously, mirroring the birthing process of each creation.
"'Buried'" is a commentary on the sadness of a superficial existence," says Emoh (What So Not) and George. "We're all guilty of our vices. Whether a flickering thought or a lifestyle, our obsession with fame, money, sex & power drives a paradox of wonderful & horrible behavior."
The production's luscious sound design boasts rich vocals, body-based percussion and airy synths that emanate a majestic aura. "We recorded everywhere from Sydney to Atlanta to London," they say. Fans of Emoh and George know that this is not their first rodeo together. The two previously collaborated on "Gemini" and most recently, "Ghost," with Baauer.
