Earlier this week, Zeds Dead had announced that they’re starting a new sub-label, Altered States. The duo took the reins for the inaugural release, dropping a brand new downtempo track, “late night drive.” This is the first piece of their forthcoming Catching Zs pie, a new mixtape that will be dropping on the label at the end of the month.
“late night drive” sees the duo retracing their steps to a sound they were very familiar with in earlier stages of their career. We absolutely love a good throwback dubstep tune, and this is it. If this is a precursor for the style their bringing to Catching Zs, we cannot wait for this full project to drop. It’s slated for a March 26 release date, so stay tuned.
