Zeds Dead's debut album, Northern Lights, has finally arrived! The Canadian duo first announced the LP back in Sept. 2015 and followed up with the major news of their Deadbeats record label this past past March. Since then, hype behind the album grew greater and greater with the reveal of each single.

Prior the full album release, Zeds Dead had shared a diverse collection of tracks off the project including "Back Home" feat. Freddie Gibbs, "Blame" with Diplo and Elliphant, "Frontlines" with NGHTMRE, and "Too Young" feat. Pusha T and Weezer's Rivers Cuomo. The duo said the following back in March with respect to the album:

"So we've been in the studio every day working on new music for the album…In a lot of ways this has been 5 years in the making, We're taking our time to make it our absolute best and its close! One of the wild things we've realized in making this album and digging through our back catalogue is how much unheard music we've got on deck…and we want you to know, we're going to get it to you on the album and after and we can't wait for you to hear it, we want to just play it all for you now…we've been dropping some records in our sets so keep your ears open at our shows."

Northern Lights tops off at 15 tracks long and is an impressive body work that not only showcases their versatility as producers, but their willingness to push the boundaries of electronic music and collaborate with artists who thrive in a very different musical lane.
