Bass-house heavyweight (and apparently master lasagna maker) Habstrakt has been on a steady roll lately. Having dropped a ridiculously filthy remix of DJ Snake’s “4 Life” and a massive collaboration with Skrillex, he has undoubtedly already had a winning year so far. It seems he isn’t finished with 2017 yet though, as the French producer has just shared a monster of a remix of Zomboy’s “Saints & Sinners”.
Following the success of his Confession released collab with Jace Mek, Habstrakt has taken it upon himself to give a full makeover to “Saints & Sinners” off of Zomboy’s recently released Rott N' Roll Pt. 1 EP. Starting off at a noticeably slower tempo than the original, Habstrakt keeps the vocals from the original intact over a ominous synth-filled intro. Some skittering percussion and rising sirens quickly throw the track into a powerful drop filled with abrasive growls, gritty wobbles and distorted bass. Check out Habstrakt’s remix of “Saints & Sinners” below and enjoy!
