Nothing gets the TSIS camp excited for summer like a good reggae jam to have us wishing we were posted on a beach in the Caribbean with a fruity drink. That's exactly what we have for you today. We are excited to premiere the latest tune from Stick Figure and Slightly Stoopid as they have teamed-up to deliver just what we needed to kickstart our summer with “World on Fire”. Two reggae rock powerhouses coming together for a TSIS premiere; doesn’t get much better than that (unless we were on a beach… then it would be better).
Capturing the head-bob right away with loose island drums, the track is awesome. Both Stick Figure and Slight Stoopid are staples to our reggae repertoire, so to see them come together for this release is awesome. Also, Stick Figure will be joining Slightly Stoopid on the band's annual summer amphitheater tour… so that’s a show we’re definitely going to find our way too. But in the meantime we’ll just be sitting in our desk chairs, closing our eyes and imagining we’re on a jet skis or something with this pleasant tune as the soundtrack. Enjoy!
