Enigmatic producer ZHU has revealed the title track off his forthcoming album, GenerationWHY, expected to come out this summer on Columbia Records. He first premiered the record at Coachella 2016 during his closing set in the Sahara Tent and has garnered significant buzz since.
The sophisticated dark disco tune showcases a strutting rhythm intertwined with a poppy whistle melody and electric guitar riff prime for the airwaves. Could this be ZHU's next "Faded?" His previous single, "Working For It" featuring Skrillex and THEY., is approaching 100 million total digital streams, providing a nice foundation of momentum going into the summer.
Given the success of Genesis Series, ZHU's debut EP featuring high-profile collaborators A-Trak, AlunaGeorge and more, anticipation and expectation is certain high for his upcoming LP. Stream ZHU's new single, "GenerationWHY" below.
