The EP delivers on four tracks. “ThewayUwalk” sets the tone with Okaykayo’s soft vocals reflecting on change and self-acceptance, while “WithoutU” blends ethereal melodies and deep bass vibes easy to put on repeat. The title track, “Respawn,” is vocal focused, making the message within the lyrics the stand-out element. Closing with “Therapy,” the EP ends on a hypnotic, cathartic note, wrapping listeners in a warm blanket of atmospheric sounds.
