15 Nostalgic EDM Throwbacks From 2011 You Forgot About

||, , , |, , , ,

We had too much fun diving into our archives a couple weeks ago, digging up throwbacks from 2010. This week we’ve done it again, this time for 2011.

What exactly was happening in the EDM world in 2011? GRiZ was getting ready to drop his debut album, Mad Liberation, the jam-band festival Rothbury had officially rebranded to a festival called Electric Forest, and Flosstradamus had dropped one of the very first electronic-trap crossover tunes with their remix of “Original Don.”

For many of us, this was when we really started leaning into the scene. It’s time to go back down the rabbit hole and dig up some of our favorites from 2011. Check out 15 of our favorite EDM throwbacks below. Enjoy!
