It’s been over a year since we’ve gotten new music from bass maestro 1788-L, but as of today, we have not only a new single, but also an album announcement. “XENOCLONE,” out today via mau5trap, is the first single of 1788-L’s upcoming debut album ALPHA+.
With its glitchy textures and heavy percussion, this high-octane track is a thrill ride start to finish. Gritty synth lines laced with hints of acid rip through the track. A sinister and futuristic melody charges up on the drop, culminating in a torrent of relentless DnB on the chorus. The final product is an absolute festival weapon.
