2 Chainz Recruits Kendrick Lamar, Chance The Rapper & More On ‘Rap Or Go To The League’ LP

You have to admit, 2 Chainz has got some incredible projects under his belt. Now he’s dropped another that we’re surely going to have on repeat for a minute.

There were a couple things that stood out to us about Rap Or Go To The League before we heard the music. First off, the collaborations are insane. 2 Chainz was able to enlist some the hottest artists in the game right now like Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, Chance The Rapper, Ariana Grande, Kodak Black, Young Thug, Lil Wayne, & more. There’s some of the best producers out there on this project as well including Fki 1st, Mike Dean, Mustard, Terrace Martin, Cardo, Pharrell Williams, Honorable C.N.O.T.E., WondaGurl, 9th Wonder and more.

The second thing was that the album was apparently A&R’d by Lebron James. I mean… what? We’re not sure what affect this actually had on the music or if it was just a fancy way of saying Lebron invested some money into the project. Either way it’s an interesting move and hilarious. We’re thinking he likely helped decide what producers and rappers to get on board.

The album is one of his best to date and he shines on each and every song while every collaborator steps up to the plate in the best way. Enjoy!
