Those of us that have been lucky enough to make it onto Holy Ship know that the Fool’s Gold Rap Party is a certified rager. With endless amounts of amazing electronic music, attendees have the option of switching things up with a hip-hop party hosted by the one and only A-Trak.
He’s been hosting these parties on Holy Ship for years now, and this year he enlisted Z-Trip, Kenny Beats, DJ Craze and more for his annual rap riot. Of course, A-Trak headlined the curated party, and released his hour-long live set on SoundCloud recently for all of us to enjoy.
A-Trak goes in and out of tracks with ease and haste throughout the hour, playing out bangers from the likes of Jay-Z, Missy Elliot, Mobb Deep, Dr. Dre, Gucci Mane and more, all while mixing in other eclectic genres to keep things fresh. It’s the perfect mix for a pregame.
