For years now ATLiens have been killing it with every iteration of their unique, always developing wonky sound. Having easily solidified themselves as an absolute force to be reckoned with in the bass music world, today we’re excited to have the pleasure of premiering the duo’s sinister new single “Shelter”.
When it comes to sound design, ATLiens are just plain scary. Considering their destructive collabs with Bassnectar, TYNAN & many more continue to make their way onto mainstages all across the festival circuit, from first listen it’s apparent this latest offering is set to follow suit.
Starting off with some eerie, atmospheric soundscapes and ATLiens signature dark, pitched vocals; the supernatural duo have done well to further develop their extraterrestrial theme with this menacing new track. Packed with shrill, metallic plucks, deep, abrasive wobbles and heavy, pulsing bass – the enigmatic producer pairing has surely outdone themselves yet again this bombastic new banger.
