Autumn In June Serenades on Sultry New Single “Lonely Love”

||, |

Los Angeles native Autumn In June has transcended his hip-hop roots, conjuring up his unique bedroom pop sound. After two years of working on his new project, refining his sound and allowing collaborators into his neon-lit world, he’s begun his return to the forefront with the rollout of his new album, which is on the horizon for  2021. His first release, I Don’t, was a silky smooth late-night jam that had us vibing. The latest track from the artist, “Lonely Love,” was produced by fellow LA-based Tyzo Bloom and is the second single from the upcoming I Don’t Like You When I’m Sober project which is set to release on March 19.

This track shows an evolution in maturity in Autumn’s intimate and emotional bedroom pop sound. His trademark airy vocals serenade listeners over a sexy R&B-like production right out the gate. Tyzo Bloom’s influence is definitely prevalent with a much more sultry and late night inspired production. Autumn takes this opportunity to really show off his pipes and demonstrate his ability to evolve as an artist.

We’re already so impressed by Autumn In June’s versatility and we’ll be sure to be adding this one to our after hours playlist. Check out “Lonely Love” below and be sure to keep an eye out for the album on March 19. Enjoy!
