The pairing showcases exciting and surprising range – contrasted by sonic elements such as tempo, tone, and arrangement – while still maintaining a sense live-audience design and a common pace when experiencing the singles back to back.
“About to Begin” wastes no time getting started, leading with uptempo percussion and repeated peak energy structures.
