There’s a new Beastie Boys documentary coming that’s now just around the corner! It’s directed by the revered Spike Jonze, and called Beastie Boys Story. The film is based on the TV series of the same name, which catalogued the career of the iconic hip-hop trio. Through archival footage, we were able to get an in-depth story by the surviving members of the group, Mike D and Ad Rock.
Beastie Boys Story will premiere in IMAX theaters on April 3, and will then be available on Apple TV+. A new trailer just dropped for the film and it will get any music fan hyped to see this.
