Billboard is one of the longest running and credible publications in the music industry. On top of their print magazine and website, they are also in charge of the industry's standard for how popular a song is in the US with the "Billboard Hot 100" chart.
Well the publication has recently announced a new step in an exciting direction, partnering with Live Nation to bring the first ever festival to life with the "Hot 100 Music Festival". The festival is to bring in a staggering 40,000+ people over the weekend of August 22nd and 23rd to New York where they will be taking over the beautiful site of Jones Beach right outside of Manhattan.
The festival features an outrageous lineup featuring TSIS regulars The Weeknd, Kygo, Skrillex, Axwell x Ingrosso, The Chainsmokers, ILOVEMAKKONEN amongst many more headliners like Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Fetty Wap and many more (See full lineup above). This will be an impressive night for some of the top figures in music currently. You can purchase tickets while available here for the weekend or single day tickets.
