In anticipation for their debut album that’s expected next spring, electro group Caspian Pool has been churning out some seriously psychedelic songs. The latest single from singer Low Bird and producer Jimmy Q, who are emerging talents out of France, is titled “B.I.T.U.” (Back Into The Universe) and is a total disco delight.
The tag team describes the track as a “space odyssey”, so get ready to blast into another galaxy. Takeoff begins with a mixture of silky vocals and a steady bassline, and then suddenly the melody takes flight with the introduction of keys. A synth-packed breakdown transports you back to the 80s with a neo-electro beat that makes it feel like you’re at a nightclub on the moon. Keeping with the intergalactic voyage vibe, the music video takes place in some sci-fi-esque settings and an abandoned NSA station.
“B.I.T.U.” will be out December 4, and their new record is slotted for an early 2021 release. Check out the single below and get ready to groove. Enjoy!
