Multitalented artist Joshua Karpeh, better known as Cautious Clay, has collected an impressive bevy of names he’s worked with featuring the likes of Billie Eilish, John Legend, and Remi Wolf. Now he has ushered in a new phase of his acclaimed career with his new album The Hours: Morning.

The Hours: Morning is an incredibly fun and truly genreless 8-track journey showcasing Clay’s impeccable and impressive production, songwriting, and singing abilities. “Promises (9am)” is one of the standout tracks; a euphoric highlight that has gone through quite a few iterations since its conception in 2017. The project’s lead song “Tokyo Lift (5am)” is a funky bop which brings in R&B and hip-hop elements, while the following “No Champagne (6am)” screams indie with a side of alt-rock. The album as a whole focuses on the vibes each hour of the morning brings.

Cautious Clay will be embarking on a massive international tour to follow-up on the album; The Hours Tour sets sail this fall in North America. Give a listen to the incredibly impressive The Hours: Morning from Cautious Clay below and enjoy!
