Chet Faker & Marcus Marr – Work EP : Must Hear Indie Dance / Neo Soul EP [STREAM]

Producer / vocalist wunderkind Chet Faker has stayed busy since the release of his critically acclaimed debut studio album Built On Glass released last April selling out shows spanning across multiple continents. Now he’s blessed us with a new 4-track EP alongside London based Producer and multi-instrumentalist Marcus Marr. 

Including previously released singles “The Trouble With Us” and “Birthday Card,” this collaborative EP titled Work was the product of just four days the artists spent together in the studio earlier this year following an online friendship that blossomed over twitter. These two show an undeniable chemistry as the funky, danceable production full of slick guitar & keyboard riffs serves as the perfect foundation for Faker to belt out his soulful vocals. “The Trouble With Us” is a standout track on the EP while each song is fun and playful, and the entire EP has replay value as a great listen from start to finish.
