Today, after releasing two consecutive EPs over the last two years on the imprint, DIM KELLY returns to All Day I Dream yet again for the release of his entrancing new body of work, Pianologic. Each of the three EPs feature aesthetically-pleasing covers of clouds depicted on a clear blue sky, putting the listener in the perfect, peaceful headspace to experience KELLY’s blissful creations.
Pianologic begins with a percussive, piano-house groove, interspersed with addictive synth melodies – an instant dance-floor favorite. Next, “Preach The World,” coproduced with Stereoclip, enters on a more pensive note, KELLY utilizing more minor progressions and somber melodic accents. “The Stream” and “Nuit D’Amour” close out the EP on the same introspective note, and continue to feel more uplifting as they progress.
