LA based Domo Genesis has a catalog of great mixtapes under his belt, and now he’s finally ready to release his debut studio album due March 25th. The Odd Future affiliate just announced his album last week and dropped the lead single “DAPPER,” a stellar collaboration with one of our favorite new hip hop artists, Anderson .Paak.
This new single “GO (GAS)” brings on fellow weed-themed rappers Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J along with Domo’s previous Odd Future collaborator Tyler, The Creator. The production has a menacing vibe similar to Tyler’s style of production with slow booming percussion, a constant tambourine and an eerie guitar riff as the four rappers deliver their verses making for a star studded collaboration. We can’t wait to hear what else Domo has in store for us on his album which also has features from Mac Miller, JMSN, King Chip, and more. Enjoy!
