There’s something about D.R.A.M. that puts a smile on my face. Following in the footsteps of artists like Anderson .Paak and Gallant, D.R.A.M. is the latest appearance on NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert series.
For those unfamiliar, this series brings artists into a small room to play stripped down, sometime acoustic versions of their studio recordings and really displays the artists’ raw talent. This latest version featuring D.R.A.M. has him perform songs with just a piano, keyboard and drums for intimate live renditions of his songs. It’s pretty entertaining to see him do these acoustic versions of his hits like "Broccoli" and "Cash Machine". Per usual, D.R.A.M. is bursting with joy and even does a different, funny version of "Broccoli" where he went half time for the first verse. Enjoy!
