Anyone who’s been attending larger scale concerts and festivals is well aware of the drone show takeover as of late. Highly orchestrated drone light shows have been replacing traditional pyrotechnics and fireworks, opening the door for limitless possibilities.
Just this year, we had the privilege of witnessing some jaw-dropping drone shows from Illenium at Mile High Stadium and from REZZ at her REZZ ROCKS V show. Geoscan is one company leading the charge with more than 100 projects experience from thousands of synchronized drones.
They’ve recently gone viral with a video of a giant skeleton that appears to be climbing the Burj Khalifa building in Dubai. The skeleton reportedly formed a part of a Halloween drone show orchestrated by Geoscan. Even Elon Musk himself took to Twitter to praise the surreal video which has to be seen to believed.

Geoscan has posted numerous videos of their awe-inspiring drone shows, with some projects including up to 5000 drones. We can only imagine what this type of technology would look like alongside some of our favorite artists and it’s only a matter of time before we start seeing the performances grow in scale.
