EAZYBAKED Drop Explorative New Bass EP ‘Alchemy’

||, |,

Bass music is a little bit like the ocean. It’s deep and vastly unexplored. We’ve only five percent of the ocean and like the ocean, bass music continues to prove that it is one of the subsections of dance music that is continuously being uncovered with the magnitude of artists making music that lives on the edge. Today, one of bass music’s most experimental and boundless artist EAZYBAKED presents their latest EP, Alchemy, via Of The Trees’ very own label Memory Palace.

Florida-based duo EAZYBAKED are true masters of their craft. Their music is always unpredictable yet familiar and their sound innovative. Alchemy is a six-track journey that focuses on the transformation and exploration of bass music, with each track having its own singular impact. The track begins with “La Prima,” a perfect first track to introduce the listener to the project with it’s ambient hip-hop vibe. “Catalyst,” the EP’s focus track, sees EAZYBAKED give fans exactly what they were looking for in a nostalgic trap banger. “NO,” the EP’s first single is a grungy, grimey bass tune while on the other end of the spectrum is the EP’s final track “Golden Dawn,” a track that sounds like it came from seventh heaven.

On the EP, EAZYBAKED shared this,

“This project represents our evolution as not just artists, but individuals. Transformation and progress. The ultimate goal of alchemy, the philosopher’s stone, symbolizes our own potential for growth and fulfillment. It represents the wisdom, self-knowledge, and compassion we gain through life’s journey.”
