Australia’s EDDIE has been quickly building an impressive resume with releases with mau5trap, Monstercat, Bassrush, and Deadbeats, and now he’s back with his latest release via Rezz’s HypnoVizion imprint.
“UP/DOWN” is a menacing thriller of a track that fits right in with the label. It’s filled with bass, glitches, and ominous monotone vocals that really create a dark vibe that’s clearly inspired by REZZ herself.
EDDIE says about the track,
“I am absolutely thrilled to finally release ‘UP/DOWN’! I’ve had about 4 different versions in different BPMs and styles, so I really took my time with this one. It’s a genuine EDDIE midtempo club banger. It started with a vocal idea I had written and had a friend (s/o “Yanzo”) do a take for me. From there, it was just fun experimenting!”
