While many were hoping that Electric Forest would find a way take place some time this year, Forest HQ has officially decided to hold off until next year.
We’re seeing a majority of music festivals trying to postpone their events until later this fall, but great uncertainty still looms in the near future. Nobody really knows what life will be like in six months. Forest has taken the safe bet and cancelled their festivities for this year.
Instead of hosting their 10-year anniversary this year in 2020, Electric Forest is planning for a Decade One celebration in 2021. Forest is one of the most well put-together events we’ve ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Alongside the announcement, HQ has offered heaps of helpful information on what to do next if you were planning on attending this year. You can either keep the current wristband for 2020, or receive a full refund.
