PREMIERE | Elephante Debuts His Powerful Vocals On Bright, Emotional New Single “Diamond Days”

|||, , ,

For years now, Elephante has continued to defy all expectations with his unique, always evolving sound. Having easily solidified himself as an absolute force to be reckoned with in electronic music, today the superstar producer has delivered what may be his most emotional single to date with “Diamond Days”.

“Diamond Days is the most personal song I’ve ever written – it’s about trying to move on from regrets, and the desire to go back in time and replay the mistakes that you made in the past, and do them right this time. It was really important for me to sing this one – I’ve been able to work with some amazing vocalists, but the song hits so close to home it felt right to make this the first single that I’m singing on. It’s a bit of a new sound for me – it’s my take on all the different kinds of music that inspired me when I was younger. It’s a song about nostalgia, so I really wanted listening to feel like stepping into an old photograph.” – Elephante

Coming as a bit of a departure from Elephante’s regular sound, and featuring (for the first time) his own original vocals – this latest offering brings with it an immediately palpable sense of melancholy and nostalgia. Dipping slowly in and out of soft, wistful verses to bright, boisterous crescendos, Elephante has truly left his mark with this passionate new single. Check out “Diamond Days” below and make sure to catch Elephante in a city near you on his upcoming tour (dates also below). Enjoy!.
