Elohim has done a fantastic job carving out her place in electronic music, bringing her own flavor that has helped her stand out and be a beacon of quality releases over the years. Her 2024 album Power Of Panic was a crowning moment for her, fully solidifying her place as a top-tier producer and artist in the scene. Elohim was not stopping there though, and has released a deluxe version of her album featuring some new tracks.
One of the new additions is “Sail”, an AWOLNATION alteration that stands out in a massive way as a hauntingly gorgeous stripping down of an iconic song like we’ve never heard it before. “Scratch My Brain” is another new one, a 56-second interlude that stops the album in its tracks that makes you feel like you are transported to Meow Wolf. “Patience” also has been added, and takes listeners on a wonky ride of uneasiness and glitches.
Power Of Panic was already a stellar project from the innovative artist Elohim, but clearly she was not satisfied with just putting out an incredible album. The reworking of it with the new tracks and shifting tracklist takes it up another notch.
