Although the names Cirez D, Pryda and Sheridan may not ring a bell, chances are Eric Prydz is someone you’ve heard of. With a career spanning almost two decades under a dozen aliases, today it seems Prydz has taken a trip back in time to revive one project in particular – Tonja Holma.
Tonja Holma, a moniker that Prydz had only released a handful of tracks under in the past, has officially returned from the dead today with this latest offering, the self titled EP, TONJA. Prydz had teased new music under this old alias back in May, with the launch of his imprint Pryda Presents, but had since given little information about the release till announcing it last week via Instagram. This 4-track EP combines the retro-trance house sound we’ve come to love from Prydz with some funky acoustic/electronic elements to create a vibe all its own.
