Belgian duo Ganja White Night have cemented themselves as heavy hitters in the bass community, and they are back with their new album with a name tied directly to the culture they have immersed themselves into, Sprouted.
Sprouted is a 17-track colossus that features some of the most notable collaborators for not only Ganja White Night, but the bass scene as a whole like Boogie T, LSDREAM, and the iconic Excision. Speaking of the Lost Lands founder, he is front and center with Ganja White Night and Wooli on “Rapid Fire”, a fitting name for a track that is heart-thumping nearly all the way through before a heavy breakdown on the backend. Bass and hip-hop are a match made in heaven, and that is apparent on “Magic Frog” which features the smooth as butter vocals of ProbCause. Other highlights from the project include “Wobble Jam”, “Original Sin”, and “No Room”.
Ganja White Night will be accompanying the new album with an absolutely stacked tour that will feature back-to-back nights in each city they go to. Sprouted is one of the most fun and diverse bass albums of the year already.
