Grabbitz has become renowned for his brooding sound over the years, and the personal feel to everything he releases connects people to his music in a unique way. His new album Big Epic Nothing is out now and is a medley of all of what people have come to admire about Buffalo’s pioneering producer.
Grabbitz and fellow cataclysmic-sounding star artist REZZ are a sonic perfect match, and come together once again for the track “Love You ‘Til I’m Dead”. One of the standouts from the project, their collaboration is assertive and bold, and features the signature vocals that can only come from Grabbitz. ”And I Run And I Run” starts out sounding straight from an epic garage band, and comes hard with a blend of singing and rapping that is all akin to Linkin Park. “Grasping For Air” is as raw and emotive as it gets, and “Misunderstood” is a mammoth anthem that places the bow on an album showcasing the innovative and distinctive production and songwriting skills of Grabbitz.
“This album is a reflection of everything I’ve been through—musically and personally. It’s my story of finding beauty in chaos and creating meaning from emptiness,” says Grabbitz, and that is fully evident from start to finish of Big Epic Nothing.
