Back in May, Jauz tweeted about wanting to make old school, throwback dubstep. GRiZ was one of the people who responded, telling Jauz that they should “get one in.” Jauz responded back with “B E T,” and now, five months later, the two have released their collab, “No Doubt,” and it’s everything we wanted it to be.
The track begins with a seemingly innocent bass line and percussion, but once those classic synths ring in, it feels like we’re back in 2010. A couple tongue-in-cheek vocal samples later and we’re thrown into a drop with the perfect balance of wompy and melody. Any dubstep oldheads will love this one.
