Herobust Share’s Video Game-Inspired Dubstep Track “First Person Shooter”

||

It’s been a huge year so far for Herobust. Having dropped an incredible 6-track Vertebreaker EP only to BUST it himself four months later with a VIP of "Move Mint"; then in the same month drop one of the hottest riddim tracks of the summer with MONXX…Hayden Kramer has definitely been doing the most. Now, with four months left in the year, the Atlanta-based producer has just let us know that he isn’t done with 2017 yet, with the release of his latest single, “First Person Shooter”.

Herobust took things in an awesome new direction with this latest offering. Starting off sounding like a vintage video game, this adventure starts off with a whimsical 8-bit intro that immediately transports the listener back in time to a retro arcade. Player beware though: this isn’t Pacman. Things quickly start to take a dark turn as you reach one of the game’s bosses and the track is thrown into a ridiculously dirty dubstep drop filled with bit-crushed gunfire, abrasive growls, distorted sirens and the sound of bullet casings constantly hitting the ground. Get your quarters ready and hit start on Herobust’s “First Person Shooter” below. Enjoy!
