Just six months after the first part of his EP series released, Denver-based producer, Heyz, returns to take us even further with Into The Heyz, Part II. Released via Deadbeats, this three track EP envelops the listener into Heyz’s world, which he describes as, “When you are at a show and everyone is completely lost in the music, atmosphere, and what is happening around them.”
The EP itself is magical – equal parts beautiful and mysterious. Heyz’s ability to blend hard-hitting bass with stunning vocals stands out on this project. This is exemplified especially in “Wicked” with Emma Oliver. The track is wicked in both senses, evil and excellent. MAYLYN provides vocals just as alluring on the spine-chilling track “Turn The Tide” with DNMO.
