It’s always a beautiful thing when a new release coincides with a big label launch, and a moment like that has arrived thanks to the talents of Neon Moon and Hidden Axis. For the debut of the new Neon Owl Records, Neon Owl has tapped Open Door Sessions alumni Hidden Axis and released “Fallen Angel”.
“Fallen Angel” is an absolutely explosive burst onto the scene not just for Neon Owl Records, but for anyone unfamiliar with Hidden Axis. The track is gritty and intense, with haunting vocals from WISNER and a gradual rise throughout that leads to a heart-pounding final stretch.
Neon Owl has created Neon Owl Records with the purpose of spotlighting up-and-coming artists, and the first foray into that endeavor is a slam dunk. Hidden Axis shows out in a huge way with this release that is sure to garner more attention for the rising star, especially as Elaine Huang of Neon Owl reflected on her appearance on the Open Door Sessions, “ I remember introducing her as the artist that will “headline EDC one day.”
