il:lo Serves Up Dreamy New Electronic Track “Ink”

||, |

Meeting in Prague almost thirteen years ago, Dejan Dejado and Andreas Schütz became fast friends and even better collaborators, snowballing into what we now know as French electronic duo, il:lo. Releasing their first EP in 2012, it has only been up from there, with recent singles appearing on the likes of Anjunadeep and San Holo’s bitbird. Today, they land on Nettwerk for the release of their new single, “Ink.”

il:lo creates a beautiful, dreamy soundscape on “Ink.” With a low-key house beat guiding the track along, analog synth arpeggios and minimalistic piano leads showcase the duo’s instrumental expertise. A track perfect for a late-night drive or a day at the park, “Ink” provides all the feel-good vibes we could desire.

On the new single, il:lo commented:

‘Ink’ is representative of what we love to make, an aerial piece that mixes acoustics and electronics. Harps and pianos mingle with arpeggios and analog sequences. This downtempo piece is an invitation both to dream with its hovering and nostalgic samples and to dance with groovy synths and drums.

You can stream “Ink” at the link below, out everywhere via Nettwerk. Enjoy!
