Riding on the success of his debut EP Kindred Spirits and an incredible tour to go with it, Jai Wolf now flips the page to the next chapter in his career with the release of "Starlight" feat. singer-songwriter Mr. Gabriel. This track is extra special as its Jai Wolf's first time writing lyrics to one of his songs. He co-wrote it with Mr. Gabriel and says the song is meant for "endless summer nights with your best friends."
It just premiered on Zane Lowe's Beats 1 radio show and we love it. "Starlight" starts off with an ascending piano melody that sits atop lush ambient layers. The euphoric atmosphere immediately surrounds you and gives you those summer night vibes. The slow-rolling drop features echoing vocal chops and indie instrumentation. Mr. Gabriel's emotional and soft vocals are the perfect touch to this song. We can't wait to see what else Jai Wolf has in store for us this year.
