The song fits right into their catalog of euphoric, 90s rave-inspired productions. The hazy, jungle-inspired beat moves fluidly underneath a bed of emotional vocals and lush synths. “JOY (404)” ebbs and flows between melancholic and joyful, stretching the limits of any one genre.
