Juelz Releases Evolutionary Future Trap EP ‘Paradise Lost’

|||

Vancouver producer, DJ, and tastemaker, Juelz, first teased us with news of an upcoming EP when he released his thunderous trap heater, “Inferno,” earlier this summer. We’re happy to say the wait is finally over as the accomplished producer is finally ready to unveil his next project, Paradise Lost, out now via Lowly.

The opening track, “Exile,” is a tribal trap number featuring pitched vocals and thundering drums. On “Through The Night,” Juelz unleashes all his weapons into a cinematic masterpiece that contrasts between moody breakdowns and uplifting melodies. “Hail, Horrors!” closes things off as a melancholic hip hop breakdown featuring eerie pitched vocals and lofi production.

With six songs total, the narrative of the EP is about the evolution of losing something you once couldn’t live without and feeling absolute grief of no longer having that special person, to having yourself thrive off of the loss. Stream the EP below and enjoy!
