Kaskade’s recurring REDUX EP installments are some of our all-time favorite projects in dance music. The dance music veteran has maintained a busy schedule in 2023 and to cap things off is releasing his newest REDUX 006, out now via Arkade.
Kaskade’s REDUX series always focuses on the balance between melodic and dynamic house music, showcasing a sexier side to the seasoned producer. REDUX 006 continues where he left off two years ago with seven entrancing melodic tracks. The opening track “Brighter,” a collaboration with Emmit Fenn, immediately sets the tone with its dramatic flair and goosebump-inducing melodies.
Other collaborators include Digital Youth on the loungey “Meaning of Love,” Crayskool on the haunting “It’s Gone,” and Winn Winn on the vibey deep house “Turn You Up.” It’s been nearly a decade since REDUX’s inception but Kaskade hasn’t lost a step, continuing to set the standard for reputable house music everywhere.
