Just two years after visiting his first EDC festival, the budding artist returned to the very same iconic grounds, this time with a crowd of his own. Today, his progress comes to a momentous peak, with the release of his debut LP, CAGE SCRIPT.
k?d displays his impressive range on CAGE SCRIPT, serving up everything from electronica to wave. “FLOW IN YOU,” features a laid-back trap beat and emotive vocals from June One, immediately tugging at our heartstrings with deeply powerful lyrics. “EXPERIENCE” lives at the other end of the sonic spectrum, leading with bright synth pads and grinding bass lines. Standout “BE MINE” combines a little bit of everything, with pop-forward vocals, massive production, and our favorite- swung house breaks.
