One of our favorite mau5trap producers as of late is without a doubt Lamorn. The young prodigy has been mentored by deadmau5 himself and has been shining on every production we’ve heard so far. Today, he’s caught our attention once again with his newest release, “Who We Are.”
As with so many Lamorn tracks, “Who We Are” is a wonderful breath of nostalgia that is reminiscent of bloghouse-era French electro but with a modern twist. The featured vocal samples provided by English singer, Millie Turner, are surrounded by a bed of saw-toothed synths, midtempo beats, and some good ol’ fashioned electro house flair.
