The producer/DJ/multi-instrumentalist is currently on tour with Deadmau5 and is hot off of his debut Red Rocks appearance last week. Today, he’s ready to unveil his debut EP, Encore, out now via mau5trap.
An innovative debut rooted in deep reflection, Encore basks in lush textures, sophisticated songwriting, enthralling vocal performance, and powerful memorandum. Lamorn’s debut reads to its audience as an encore to the young adult’s life, weaving tales reflecting a coming-of-age, and finding independence. From the electrifying guitar riffs and bubbly keyboards of the title track, to the robotically funky “Between Us,” and the pop-forward “Lonely Light,” Encore is one of the more impressive debut projects we’ve heard to date.
