I’m hip-hop head at heart and Gang Starr has always been a favorite of mine. Fans have yet to hear new music from the legendary duo since the unfortunate death of the MC, Guru, in 2010. This will be Gang Starr’s first album since 2003 and today marks the first official posthumous Guru verse since we lost the legend nearly a decade ago. J. Cole was honestly the perfect fit for this tune and does classic Gang Starr justice. I really cannot wait for this release – I got chills hearing new Guru again. Enjoy!
