We’re at that awesome time of year where music festivals start unveiling their lineups for the coming Spring and Summer season. The latest player to enter the game is Pharrell’s Something In The Water Festival and it definitely makes splash. 2020 will be the second iteration of the Virginia Beach based festival.
The festival’s line up is loaded from top to bottom, featuring some of the biggest artists in the world like Foo Fighters, Post Malone, Tyler, The Creator, Major Lazer, Migos, Baynk, Usher, A$AP Rocky, Chance The Rapper, and Quinn XCII. The line up also includes a homecoming performance by Clipse, the hip hop duo of Pusha T and No Malice. It will be the duo’s first performance in 10 years!
While the actual music festival is set to run from April 24-26, the full festival dates begin on Monday April 20th. The start of the week leading up to the weekend’s festivities will be filled include workshops hosted by the brightest minds in the culinary world, technology, environmental sustainability, health & wellness and media. We love to see festivals breaking the mold and expanding to a more well rounded experience (although this line up makes for a phenomenal experience in and of itself), and that is exactly what Pharrell is doing with his hometown fest. His effort to “unite the community and celebrate the diversity and magic of Virginia Beach” is about to culminate in one of the best new festivals in the country. Check out the lineup below!
