Chicago production duo Louis The Child have taken their “music that makes you happy” tagline to heart with their releases as they each invoke pleasant feelings. A few months back we had the pleasure of premiering one of their standout tracks to date with “It’s Strange” featuring K.Flay, and since they've continued a flow of quality content including recent remixes of Miike Snow’s “Genghis Khan” and Ty Dolla $ign’s “Blasé.”
This incredible track still sounds as great as it did on the first listen, and somehow continues to grow on us. Now they’ve delivered a unique music video bringing the song to life. The interesting concept of the music video finds K.Flay walking on a cartoonish green screen adventure in which she walks continuously through different scenes of cartoon animation in which she rides a butterfly and traverses a lake of lava exploring a plethora of bizarre locations. The playful video is a colorful interpretation of the fun song while the calming vocals shine. Watch below and enjoy!
