Mac Miller‘s music continues to soar. Earlier this week, “Self Care,” off of his 2018 album Swimming, was officially certified as going double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. For those unfamiliar with the certification system, that means that “Self Care” has sold over 2 million units.

“Self Care” is the third Mac Miller track to earn a platinum certification. It’s the first time one of his songs has gone double platinum. Mac’s first platinum record was “Donald Trump” back in 2011. He earned another platinum certification for “Weekend” with Miguel, off 2015’s GO:OD AM.
In addition to this new certification, Mac Miller’s posthumous album Circles has officially stayed on the Billboard Top 200 chart for a full year.
