Manila Killa has been a TSIS favorite for so long now that it’s almost impossible to imagine a time before his productions graced the site. The Filipino-born producer has built a sterling reputation for the immense quality and attention-to-detail behind all aspects of his creative output. It’s hard to believe that he has yet to release a full-length album but it’s taken all these years for the highly respected producer to accurately encapsulate his ideas into one cohesive body of work. Today, we’re thrilled to be able to share with you Manila Killa’s debut album, Dusk, out now via Moving Castle.
Dusk isn’t just a body of music, it’s quite literally a representation of who Manila Killa has become as an artist over the years, reflecting on his never-ending efforts towards perfection. The vulnerability and honesty on display showcase his most intimate thought processes, shedding light on how much of himself he’s had to put into bringing Dusk to life. This is his heart and soul, shared with the world.
Having been such a prominent figure in the industry for so long, it only makes sense that Manila Killa is able to recruit some reputable talent along the way. Dusk contains a wide range of features including Lights, TRACE, MADI, Panama, Kwesi, EVAN GIIA, Gioli & Assia, Night Tales and Fknsyd.
