Medasin & Galimatias Tease Their Incredible Collab In The Works

||, |, , ,

To say that Medasin has been having a good year would be an understatement. Having started off 2018 by dropping his breathtaking 29-minute Irene project, the Dallas-based producer has kept us on our toes over the past six months with an incredible remix of Post Malone’s “I Fall Apart” as well as teaming up with Ekali and Elohim on their recently released track, “Forever”. And now it seems that Medasin has another collab in the works, this time with Galimatias.

Considering that both Medasin and Galimatias push a similar chill, melodic vibe with their music, it would make perfect sense for the two to join forces. But as we've only seen snippets and teasers of a possible collab, we’re hoping this latest teaser means the two have teamed up on something that will hopefully the light of day. Set to David Lewandowski’s popular 2017 short film “time for sushi”, this latest offering seems to be a perfect mix of both Medasin and Galimatias’ sophisticated sound design and chord progressions – all mixed into a fresh bossa nova-inspired structure. Although Medasin is clear that it’s still a work-in-progress, we’ll be keeping an eye (and ear) out for this one to drop. Check out the snippet of the collab below and enjoy!
